Travel policy is not good. You have to work on all 7 days most of the time. hardly you can take 1-2 sunday off in a month. Also you have to work from 6 AM to 10 PM. No work culture

...anced but doubled the business. For employees - company is very much supportive. In this tough time ,when other organisations are deducting salary ,my organisation gave an advance salary to each employee which is a great support to overcome any critical condition during lockdown. These supports make my blood blue......and ma heart starts following this company from it's beats.

Sonalika is a international tractor lmt company and supply the own tractor all over the word minimum 76 country purchase the tractor of sonalika company.The sonalika tractor 2nd ranking in all over the world.But I am working for sonalika at a logistics department under 3pl (Spear logistics) . I'm control the incoming inventory that means work in inbound section ad a supervisor control the all operation and generate the PO , maintain the material master on sap in logistics.
