They have no any appreciation for your work , no any reward, no any bonus, increment is so low like 5 ,or 6 percent percent year, So much partiality with employees. Lack of knowledge with senior level.

1. Work life balance is good 2. Work culture is also nice in maximum departments.

Dislikes

1. Salary and others perks are not upto the mark 2. Canteen food upto chief manager level is poor. 3. Working days was 6 days. Rather they should be 5 only.

Team mates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus per year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and and management is slightly not transparent. There is no any focus on training for employee, not for new joinee also.

Theee is lot of policies and the managemnt doesnot add our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond to years before which u can not resign on the job traing is not given to new joine
