@Salary, Working here since 11 years, and not a single month, salary is delayed post 15th... Good payer..... Work Culture-Super...Its like Family.... Healthy Atmosphere in the company. Company is straight forward in taking decisions and promote/ terminate on the basis of PERFORMANCE which is good for company and bad for poor performers. Hence whoever is good and committed towards their work, company will value them.. PF, PT,ESIC, etc as per standard govt policies.. All facilities provided.

Insurance given is of 2.00L individual.. We requested for family insurance for all our members which is not yet approved.

Good work culture - family like team members Amazing learning & growing potential Good career growth path, proper recognition, ability to reach highest potential. Flexible work timings and leaves I am working here since 3 months in HR department, I felt Sonai is so far the best company.

At first they are collect all certificate like qualification and experience and then they are calling u, One by one from HR to Site Co Ordinator and Technical person, After when everything is completed then calling you Hr person ,they are burgeoning with you, its very cheap . Its take long time only show-off ,very bad experience, after completing everything they are not call me because they have no budget ,silly company ,please don't share your documents before an interview.
