Good work environment and culture new innovation project and good team work are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and Company policies are good.

In sona group the managemeng is good but in the shop floor they convert their employees in mass robots. No emotional attachment with the employees. There is no any training provided to the trainees or the new employees. the worst employee is mr jitendra ahuja in machine shop, the machine shop is so conjusted that no one can move freely through the machines. They dont need employees they just need emotionless and brainless robots. Thankyou

Unhealthy working environment. Not good behaviour of the supervisors toward employees in machine shop. They force you to work for 16 hours regularly
