No relaxation of 1 mint late More politics between middle and higher management staffs. So, not job security there Company does the more new experiments while not need there. More defecult to say your idia to higher management/ boss. Much salary differences on same position staffs. HR not supportive with employee. He does which say the boss. Not value to work. Value of gossips there. Chamcho ki value hai keval. Inter department cordination is very poor Every one gain the suprierity at the front of board member. Whatever book the loss to company
