... management of the company is very supportive but specilly my reporting section just for asking the salary they fiered me because after working for entire month if a employee is asking for the salary and get fiered then this is the worst experience ever I have working in my entire experience

Job security is average, depend on your performance Work culture is excellent, they're following MNC's Industry standard, hence no tolerance for variation.
