The school was nice, provide quality education to students

Dislikes

Working environment was bad, the school treat like you are there servent, taking leave is not your right, you can't take leave without there permission if you take leave it would be loss of pay. There is no carrier growth, and you are liable to work more than 9 hours. Even you have to go to office during holidays and they won't pay or compensate for that. The most important thing there no job security they will throw you out whenever they want, they will appoint you as some things and give you the position lower than that, they will tell you at the time of appointment after2,3 months you join you will get your appointment letter then only you get to know about it.

They pay full scale and accounts are very clear and straight forward

Dislikes

They are biased to confirm only those who belong to their minority. Also the Principal Ms Marlyn Thomas who worked as a PRT music immediately joined as Principle as she has a strong connect in the mission

The best part of working in t Somerville school is the work environment and culture. Colleague are supportive and management is transparent. Overall it’s a well organised Organisation and it gives 100% Job satisfaction to their employees.

They don't support teachers even after this pandemic situation. They make us work hard and don't pay on time.

Dislikes

I don't like the fact that this school is money making center based. They neither care about students nor teachers. They unemploy alot of us during this time.

1. Nepotism is at its peak. 2. U can stand outside the offices for hours just to have a glimpse of the principal. 3. U can work and survive there ONLY AND ONLY if u r good at buttering. 4. Every day after the dispersal time U will wonder .... should I go home? Should I dare to step out of the premises? Or whether someone will just insult me and tell me to go back and do some extra work. 5. There is a secret agent everywhere. Tripwire.... U CAN WORK HERE ONLY IF U DONT HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT.
