Worst management, worst staff, worst culture, there is no job security... I have never seen ti's kind off worst culture in my life time experience.. I don't priffer to work in ti's kinds of companys.. And mainly in ti's company.

Anyone who is expecting a good hike (40-50%) during company change can undoubtedly choose this company .

Dislikes

Mobile phone not allowed. No, 2 hrs permission. No job security. No double off. Poor insurance facility. A good company who is jobless and desperate for a job.

Worst company to work. Too much torcher and harassment.. Only Tamilians can work here ,they will torchure other language people. Being in Bangalore they will recruit 60% + Tamilians only

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
