No proper date for salary, it is more than boarding school than a professional organization in terms of time management. No proper new lead generating system is seen

Mr. Rajesh Somani, M.D of Somani Realtors is an excellent person, a good mentor and guide. He will guide his employees with everything that is required for a person to perform and excel in his/her work.

Dislikes

Morons who have joined from other corporate companies post 2018 with high salary package and spoiling the strongly knit structure. These recent highly paid idiots are making the good staff leave as they are engaging in internal politics which was never there in Somani Realtors until 2017.

Close to management policy is given priority than efficiency. Adoption to corporate culture is required.Management should not stop colleagues from initiating conversation among them as matured professionals don't need guidelines such as no conversation among employees. More corporate friendly policies should be introduced

Really very good experience. Office atmosphere was too good. HR Management team is so polite to every employee.. They help alltime...so overall nice.

Dislikes

They terminated some employee depending on covid situation.. that is very hearting

It was a great experience to work with somani realtors. Very kind behavior and good class of culture inside the office. System is strong as lots of rules and protocol to be maintain.

There is too much system rules and protocol people have to follow that should be cut off and little bit liberty required to work with free mind.
