Nothing to like except if u are fresher than u can learn something. Spl having two corporate office one in millennium plaza and other is JMD site. If some one get job opportunity from millenium plaza site than u can join the company otherwise it's better to being unemployed and searching job. They just spoil your carrier, sply a professional should not join this company.

Dislikes

Very bad behaviour of management (JMD site). Toxic work culture, very bad politics, company consultant and old employees will never makes u settled in the company. Very abusive language use by the management, they will humiliate you regularly. In last " agar aap k pass job nhi h toh majburi me join kr lena , leking job search karte rehna"

Jmd regent square is bad organisation, If you are not finding any job or you are jobless at starting of your career can join to learn but on the coast of self respect. Tarun Jha is worst senior Milenium plaza is the organisation which can make your career uplifted. Actually Som is known for that branch only, no respect of JMD branch's itself. They are gaing browny because Milenium plaza branch

The company is very good organization. It's project military engineering service, public work department, centre public work department, Defence research & development organizations. Som project head office is in 9th floor JMD Regent square DLF face 2 sector 25 mg road Gurgaon Haryana 122002

Growth is very slow and too more far distance from Home.

Som Projects carries fame for MES and TATA Motors projects. Although there is a lack of guidelines from senior management, but in procurement I enjoy robust opportunity to learn and implement new tactics for project cost minimisation.

Dislikes

Due to poor communication and superiority complex, senior management many times fail to recognise cost effective solutions for project purchase. the engineering team are mostly college pass outs and have adverse attitude to learn and utilise modern technologies.

company is based on working with very traditional method which does not suits the new construction methods.mainly not focussing of retaining the old employee for longer time so that the company will get more skilled and well aquainted staff.The company is very poor for giving compenasation to removed old employees without giving any notice period.Company not providing any good quality food at their mess.

Dislikes

No discipline in HR and Techincal team and as well in Highlevel management.
