Good work environment and positive people around and good culture. Good transportation facilities and canteen. Well and supportive collegue. Company has good policies and they give fair enough bonus every year. There is good environment around company and have lots of gardning space so we can have fresh air to breath.

Dislikes

Management does not take serious about employees issues. Salary is not enough to employees as per their experience and work contribution to the organisation.Career growth is very slow. We gets depressed due to low salary growth.

You can easily get a job in this company if you are unemployed and desperate.

...rovided. No timing for going home. People work here for 12 hrs. to 14hrs. daily. You won't get even a paper to print your salary slip also.

I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Also , there is no on job trainning for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide htem step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

... you are indirectly involve. If any calamity done then also you are responsible. And also recovering from your salary. This things very pathetic.

As it's the mechanical core company, it is good for freshers. They (freshers) will learn lost of things faster. Work place is good as there are young engineers around and new opportunities to learn new things. Some of the seniors are supportive in nature. Engineers from this strong base will survive in any working environment.

Dislikes

...rranged by management. If complaint arrives then seniors directly blame juniors. Worst politics which sometimes results in revised in incremental salary of one of the employee. Management allows to run organisation even on national holidays as well as on important festivals.
