I have complete one and half year. Work environment is too good and also management is good.

Dislikes

I suggest that to little develop superior subordinate relationship because sometimes I found error between superior and subordinate relationship.

Likes

Directors and HR are good. But HR has no views of their own. Directors are dependent solely on one person.

Dislikes

Until and unless GM of Solvate shown the gate, the company with so much resources cannot cross 50crs turnover. Point to be noted it's a 17 years old company. Attrition level is highest. By way of whims an organisation cannot grow.

My experience was very horrible after leaving job I couldn't get anything for organisation even experience certificate and full and final settlement amount solvate lab HR department do terrible job alwyes with Thier employees after resignation and GM behavior is also change after leaving the job
