Nothing. It is owned by psychopath named Parag Singhal along with equally psychopathic brother Sandeep Singhal & their wives Jyotika Singhal & Mona Singhal. They have destroyed lives of so many engineers forced so many to commit suicide... highly criminal Organization. Only corrupt psychopath can survive in this Organization or those who are trapped by their owners. Very toxic work environment. Disgusting owner.

Corrupt CEO duo brother managing LALA FIRM with absolute disregard for quality. PMC MD has only one aim: Take bribe from sub-contractors, destroy employees life, lowest salary, nil site facility. MD himself is involved in many criminal accidents of employees. Firm run like a Mafia. All projects of firm are lowest quality with no structural strength. MD is a full blown white color psychopath having absolute disregard for employee welfare. Even urinals not provided to workers who urinate on-site or on walls or surroundings. MD is deaf, dumb, blind to complaints of sub standard work by sub contractors as he himself COLLUDE with client engineer to collect bribe & harass contractors. LIVING HELL WITH NO CHANCE TO PROGRESS.
