Nothing to like here. No funds to run and maintain projects. No rights to any one. 7 percent salary rise in last two years. High attrition rate. No bonus, no incentive.

So far there has nothing to be liked about YET. But do read the dislike part properly!

Dislikes

...people without having a thorough check on how they behave on personal level. 3. Salary is never before 10th, only if you are lucky in some months that is Once or twice in a year you will receive it by 6th, or else it is always by 10th max. Even though its such a large group, don't know what takes them so long to process a salary.

1. Office Politics. Business Heads run this company like their own. Even fooling the promoters 2. non qualified business heads - the finance head of this company would not even pick up calls. Unprofessional to the core 3. Favoritism - The corrupt business heads had their Cliquies - shared the spoils. 4. Corruption - Well documented that one business head was hand in tow with few vendors for personal gains. He was the one that spoilt the entire culture of the orgn. 5. Promoters with a weak ear- it is understood that promoters are not supposed to run the daily show, but when you realize your company is being looted you have to step in.

Dislikes

Daily humiliation culture from immediate bosses especially if launch is going on. If you complain to HR or higher managers, then zero or namesake support but ultimately will be asked to leave the company. Sales are difficult as properties are more than than the Pune market rates but managers don't care and no leads or help given by management to close deals however they have all the time and energy to humiliate daily. So no chance of earning incentives. Finally the best thing to do is to quit.

I have just joined recently, a launch was going on when I joined, so all the employees were truly busy, still I would say up to a large degree, I have received support from everyone. I cannot comment on the future but as of now, I have felt secure in my job, everyone is friendly and respectful and the work culture seems healthy overall. Management also seems to be good. There are several company policies but they seem to be manageable and can be followed fairly.

The recruiter who hired me did not inform me that I need to travel to Pune for induction and failed to tell me that they can arrange a hotel overnight which was an option that I learnt now, also the recruiter told me I will have to travel on my own and no reimbursement will be given however it seems they do reimburse but this will come in the next salary so I have not experienced it yet. Date of salary every month is on 10th, it should have been on 1st of last Friday of last month. Biggest issue is there is no Saturday Sunday off, only one weekly off per week on Tuesday or Monday. Also reimbursements should be dispersed monthly or after 40 days, it should be cleared weekly for total field guys. There are certain unscientific processes like Darwin etc for attendance which considers Geo-tagging of your office but its impractical for sales people as they are always on field so you are marked absent daily. Also reimbursement is unscientific as they do not take into consideration cash payments for rickshaw/auto or cab in a place like Mumbai which is convenient. Getting an Uber or Ola is not easy especially in the peak hours if you have to do several meetings in one day. So cash payments for travel even for office use is outright rejected if there is no bill. I feel there should be an advance given to employees who are doing field work as there is a huge investment to be given by us for company travel, client meetings etc and wait for 40 day for it to be cleared at several levels and get it back in our hand. Hope the above is taken as constructive feedback.
