Made a huge mistake when I joined this so called builder's office in Greater Noida. I thought it must be something as it's a builder firm, turns out to be zero, a complete ZERO. No work culture, No support of any kind, no inventory details(No one knows, which inventory is available for lease/sale), No ethics, No salaries (even for security & cleaning staff), No HR policies (HR people have no idea whatsoever about anything, if you ask them a question, they stare at your face with blank expression and no answer). I'd suggest anyone and everyone, who wishes to join Solitaire Group to not join it, not even associate with them in any manner.

Always Good team work with positive manner & Working together like a family members , seniors and operation team is always supportive and helpful at every step.

Dislikes

There is only one thing which I have observe that company is not participate in any social work.
