...d 19. From march to till now they can't give us a message or call regarding job. Even they don't give us the salary of march month and job security is not there. I already sent a mail to our boss and HR for salary but no response from their end.

1. No salaries on time 2. Salaries get hold for months 3. Deduct salaries for no reason 4. You can't say for increament 5. No skills growth 6. Managers are laymens 7. No leaves approved even for emergency.

Nothing is good. Most frustrated wok environment at this company.

No doubt about fake management of there but also hectic work environment. Zero skill development, they hire people as software developer and bla bla bla and afterwards people have to work as trainer and other non development jobs. And above all it is not a company its just a training centre with inexperienced trainers of less than 1 year. I worked there for 1 and half year as software trainer and when I resigned even after serving notice period they faked me and didn't gave me my salary. When I wanted to take any action against, they just ignored me as they are clear with fake documents. I worked honestly there for entire duration but they just mean their business. Fake and fraud people. Worst management. Number of my colleagues were faked in same way by them.....👎👎👎👎👎

At Solitaire Infosys, Management is very supportive and you can make your decisions, strategies and plan for growth of business. Management is always open for new ideas and ready to adopt changes. I am very lucky to work with a very reliable team. All Managers are very efficient and take every aspect very deeply. Decision making is quite quick and you can discuss anything with higher Management any time.Vast technology gamut and experience in developing software for different industry domains makes solitaire one step ahead than others. Work culture is quite satisfactory. Strong HR Department is really valuable asset of Solitaire. I wish Solitaire Infosys Pvt Ltd always shine like Solitaire !

Solitaire Infosys Pvt Ltd is quite customer oriented. Sometimes, work pressure is very high, you must complete your task and late night meetings with clients. However, You can do this from home. But you can't re schedule it as per your convenience.
