The company uses outdated tech stacks, making it difficult to work with the latest technologies, as most applications are still in a monolithic architecture. Additionally, the remote work setup leads to minimal interaction with coworkers, and it's often hard to get timely responses.

I started working for Solifi in Jan 2024 and it has been a great journey so far. I got an opportunity to work in multiple ERPs which I didn't have much exposure in the previous organizations. Since joining I have been working from home, and with the flexible shift timing that is Morning 9:30 to 6:30 PM another fantastic thing to consider. Recently, I underwent knee surgery during that time the HR manager and the senior HR executive were very supportive in terms of providing sufficient information on the insurance part and reimbursement process. In addition, my reporting Senior Director is an amazing gentleman with a great understanding skill of his coworkers. Overall, it has been a great experience working in this organization, and many more to go ahead.

It's been more than 2 years now, overall, we have a very good Work environment and Great projects to work on. Good Worklife balance with team support and encouragement. Employees have many perks along with health benefits.

I got many opportunities to show my capabilities and accordingly my career has grown at Solifi. If we work hard then we can deliver better and we will get appreciation and growth in the career. I enjoyed my work at Solifi.
