Learning wise great.

Dislikes

Solera has fired people left right and center. They were very careless will hiring where many people were hired for growth initiatives with inflated salary. I just keep fearing the morning call from CPO where suddenly you are fired.

while joining they only offer good compensation. later on, zero hikes, no proper job timings, no Shift allowance, they call 24/7 with the name NOC calls. no proper guidance, leadership, no job security..

There should be some positive points to like the company. But I cannot find any here.

Dislikes

Everything is messed up. No proper projects, no appraisals, no bonuses and even the culture is not as professional as it should be. Even the higher management is of no use. They hire multiple freshers and after a 2 months of useless technical training, they fire some of them. Even the job is not secured. The culture still feels like college not like a professional IT firm

No employee trust, poor HR, one man running the show on his will, frequently layoffs even before recessions, poor culture and no sense of security or satisfaction
