.... *Facilitation is my model too . Solarnow pays facilitation 2 times in a month. This means the your salary is saved or can be invested in other things. *Training: Solarnow offers training to all its new employees of 2 months and this covers company background, product knowledge and skills. Job security: It is very interesting in the way after training,solarnow gives it's staffs probation period of 3 months while receiving all services at the Same time. This is so amazing.And after this period an employee signs a permanent contract for which his or her salary will be adjusted to Scale 2. (After Appraisal) * Healthy wise , it provides free insurance to all its staffs. *Working environment is so friendly because personally solarnow immediately after university but my life has changed. Still under this, the company gives its staffs others programmes like maternity leave, paternal leave, sick leave. Which is amazing. In conclusion, solarnow is one of the best companies to work with because of the fact that what it offers may be offered by a few companies or not . Because I haven't seen any company that pays permanent salary to its staffs who are just on probation.

Dislikes

No matter how good the company is , there are other things I dislike as a person * Too much pressure from top management for performance reasons *Expensive products, this means not all people do quality to possess solarnow services. But the few one who manage to get are happy. * Daily reporting to office and am a field officer. This wastes alot of time which would have been utilised in the field.

Mangers don't have any working knowledge, tortureing the working for unnecessary things. Daily asking to work for 12-13 hours Don't have any requirement tool, like monster, Carier builder. Mangers & management are not supportive

It is a company that enhances employees with alot of training and and skills to approach the community, Timely salary payment and gives bonuses when their targets are achieved, people have the capacity to shift from one department to the other. For the years i have taken with the company, these are the benefits i have seen.
