Management is very supportive. They take care of each employees. Work environment is very good & most important job is secured here. You will get the opportunity to work in different departments which is most important for learning.

Dislikes

Work life balance need to be improved. Regular training of employees is the area where focus is required.

Solarman is a small company so they don't have much project. Also don't have proper management . HR is just an employee , all decisions taken by management. So almost every times management says different thing while HR says something else due to lack of transfer of decision knowledge while . Job security is also issue as they don't have much project, you will a part of company untill you project is going on. Once get complete , they will say tata bye bye you contract is ended or will be ended on project end date.

Dislikes

I am writing in dislikes but it's a positive thing that this company don't have much business but if they get high amount of business then definitely they will take care of employees. GM of this company is also a very good person and he actually knew how to work like corporate , he listened employees and all. So I hope this company will do good in future. But right now I think all the drawback is just because of lack of project ,means lack of funds. But all the best to this company!

Fast growing IT Company. Mostly projects from government sectors. A lot of learning and complex logic debugging required to join IT firm

Sometime very tight schedule and have to compromise with self ego.
