Due to the age of the staff, many are more involved in office politics than in working for the company. Several staff Memeber’s are not deserving of their positions but still occupy them. The CEO’s decision-making capabilities are lacking, leading the owner to close down many branches. The HR manager is not well educated and is unaware of market trends, still attempting to recruit teams under 12000/month. There have been no appraisals for the past 5 years.
