No Work Load nice company for learning but not growth for employee for future

...een food is so worst everytime you will find some insects roaming inside tiffin. There is no future growth in this company salary wise and post wise. And Company location is very faar from city so you will have up-down 75 kilometres everyday your whole day will go in up-down only.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...including working time. Morning breakfast not available and poor food quality. Salary is not according to work load. Always Issue with leave. Work load is very high. 45 days notice period.

Very super company in gujarat and also in india, great place to work if you underestimate traveling distance, nice environment to work, when someone employee leave the solaris for better to any other industry than that employee can't forget solaris memory and it is very truth. It's my bed luck to leave that great place, i always remember the QC staff of solaris.....miss u solaris.

Traveling distant is very high but solaris gives AC bus services to employees.
