SOLAR INDUSTRIES INDIA Plant Head salaries in Bhilwara

All's good but after my two years of experience & performance in solar industries I am not satisfied my salary. All new & fresher joiner much more hike & much more packages of 4 to 5 lakhs per year, but I was last more than two years of working in solar industries my annual salary have 2.73 lakhs per year.

It is good to work in Solar Group Economic Explosives Ltd due to job security and working friendly environment.

According to the growth of company, the emplyees salary is very low, and also the basic facilities like medical inaurance not being provided by the company, less leaves, lack of accountibilities in promotion, all these should be improved.

The only this good is employee gets salary on time. Please note only salary is on time. If you want other benifits then you must be very trained in Flattering nicely...

Owners are very easily carried away by there close Aids, One of the most dangerous and cruel man Moonesh Agrawal, Kedar Ambikar... here your flattering skill will work. If you can make them happy you will surwive or they will frame you in any case and owner will also not listen to your. Kaan Ka Kachaa hai Malik...

Only TPM ,5S activity,low educated supervisor, company need only CEAT , Mahendra,Bajaj automotive industry diploma guys , too much favuorism done by other states people including superior authorities. Third class security agency they hired they treat staff as a thief.

Appraisal and promotion, worst HR policy, there is no any standard of HR policy, no any salary band. Worst experience as a senior employee. there is no any appreciation and recognition for your work. all credit gives to production dept. and those who is #friend of top management.
