Few companies can offer only salary to employees, SOL is one them.

Dislikes

...000. They will deduct your salaries if they dont have any business/due to covid. You will have to work by taking monthly pay cuts and variable pay cuts. Later when you decide to leave company they will ask you to 1 Lakh, yes you read that right. Even when they dont have business you will have to take pay cut and even when you leave the company because you are not getting full salary you will have to pay your bond amount. You dont have any insurance or skill training. Its just an office with people who has 1980's mindset by paying you peanuts.

Nobody should join this company. Managers don't listen to employees at all. The feel like dictators. No benefits provided. Overtime is considered as a right of company by Managers and Founders. They have worst policies only against employees

I would not recommend this company. The management is unskilled and very insecure. If you do good job they will way to get you out. Since the company is just 3 years old, there no process, job security or career plan. The company itself donot have growth plan, leave the employees. Thumbs down.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
