Teammates were Good,no job security ( if today u r in system, tommarow morning may be u will not in system), no salary timings, lot of travel ( they gave u lot of work,), If u want to learn politics , it is a best place to work. Pathetic work environment, no innovationsdue to lot of politics. U can't to work and family life balance while working in soham telecom. Suggest not to work in soham telecom because no employee care, no job satisfaction, no commitment level and support from company.
