Free and friendly working atmosphere . Salary paid to new entrants is very poor and needs to be improved. There is no consistent policy with regard to employees and the company works more on hearsays of a few individuals and sincere and hardworking employees are not given their due credit. Overall, the company is OK as a short term employer.

Not involving key persons in decision making but blaming them when something goes wrong.

The company atmosphere was filled with toxicity, negativity and lack of trust amongst management and employees. The owners/MD's behaviour was particularly concerning as he constantly displayed anger and unprofessionalism, also usase inappropriate language. His disrespectful attitude towards senior employees created a hostile environment, where expressing concerns and opinion was met with humiliation, which has hindered creativity and innovation along with moral of female employees.
