WARNING Before going to interview, check if it has position for Soham Real Estate or TROPICAL WORLD, Don't ever go in TROPICAL WORLD company, forget about yearly bonus, You will have to Remind Them about your salary everytime every month, Many employees left job due to pending salaries as they have no hopes from Builder, there are many employees whose pending salaries are about 10-20 lakhs,as a result they are not leaving cuz they know if they leave they will have to let go their pending Salaries, Company is expected to take care of their employees,but here you won't come across any of these things, Fellow employees are Cooperative though., Highly WORST company TROPICAL WORLD, builder (Malik) has many pending court cases on him, projects are in stagnant condition,Don't get convinced by Google reviews of HR's talk about their projects,Make sure before going to interview in TROPICAL world.
