Attitude of MD. No joining process lile Documentation,Proper Welcome on board mail,Induction When met MD he had such a face which spoils your day.. He has nothing to care about HR (Employees of the company) Poor communocation between corporate HR I felt like I was put in isolated cabin where there are filles,papers were unkept. So my ratings are in negative(-) Better to be unemployed than to be a part of solex energy.HR from Surat is poor.Very poor support system.There is no support system at all.If you dont trust than just be part of it and have a horribel experience by yourself. MD has no sense to write mail and talk with employees specially for new joinees.Instead of making new joinees feel comfortable he makes new joinee to a awkward and uncomfortable situation. If you are unemployed and not getting job anywhere than also advice not to go for Soelx Energy.

Something gap is there between staff and management, what exactly I don't know.
