Top management is very polite, concerned, and talks very openly sadly rarely positive action

Dislikes

There is much micromanagement, hard to say, uncertain pay increases some get some never get, multiple times in last 5 years. Top layer keeps changing. Work life balance is barely there due to US time work culture. Boss talks about other people.

Basically, I working in Software Technology Group, when it is called as group it is in GENERALIZATION I an quite lucky. But this organization is very chatter. They have pulled me out of the organization based on Covid-19.
