Top management is very polite, concerned, and talks very openly sadly rarely positive action

Dislikes

There is much micromanagement, hard to say, uncertain pay increases some get some never get, multiple times in last 5 years. Top layer keeps changing. Work life balance is barely there due to US time work culture. Boss talks about other people.
