The pay is less and there are targets. If you fail to achieve targets you will be released from your job. Your experience with Sgs depends a lot on the manager you are working with. Some are very supportive and then there are others who won't let you grow just because of the fear of being overshadowed.

It's really a great experience while working with SGS. Being a recruiter I believe it's a hard task to achieve success everytime but I always learn new things while working on multiple profiles.

Teamates are good but Line HR behaviour is not good. They will not let you live even they will make you feel like you are in a primary school so you can't talk you can't take lunch according to youself.

Worst experience of working, people must understand if you are working in night shift they are cut from the social life and if you put pressure their mental health may decline

Don't join this they care more about quantity of calls and target given by them There is no respect of your hardwork and quality of candidates you are getting for them. They will fire you, if you did a little mistake dispite of your position or achievements or topline

The helpful nature of my team leads at the company. They were always ready to assist and provide guidance whenever needed.

The workload began to be overwhelming at times. This made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
