The management is confused. They sold the company and product multiple times. This company was built on acquisitions. Two years with new CEO, he sold the company of in parts and pieces

...n SoftwareAG from past ~3 years. I had best ever experience with SoftwareAG w.r.t to learning especially new technologies, lots of onsite opportunities (short terms), compensation. However, it depends from individuals to individuals but for me it has been a fantastic experience so far. :)

At Software AG, you feel like free in terms of work we do. Salary is Good compared to other companies. Work-life balance is also good. As it is a product based, you really feel the product while developing the feature for it. You own the feature, not like in other product company you just develop the feature. Here you start from gathering the requirement for the feature to present the feature to the end user. End to end your inputs will be respected. Career growth is also good. While you work on the product you will learn more and more technologies and how to use the known one.

None so far. One thing is that there is not travel in this company.

... is to concentrate new technologies like Cloud, IoT, ML. Good work-life balance. Offers industry standard pay on par with other companies. Sports and cultural activities.

Dislikes

Not all R&D teams are research oriented. Many teams/products has just bug fixing and maintenance. Growth would be slower. Little politics too as seen everywhere.
