Softura has .NET, SQL opportunity, but does not have bench policy ! On boarding team is good, but the top management beware ! Suitable for SE, SSE, but SA,TL keep away !

...t they googled to review.. On join KT will be a hard thing, but haveto start.. Low pay-scale comparative to market (more negotiation) Last but not least ! less projects ! and no bench !!

This the worst company ever I worked . Nothing good to tell . Friends, Pls don’t ever join this company and spoil your career , even if they offer good salary packages. Job security is ZERO . They treat you like a slave.

They hold the last 3 months salary and HR TEAM WILL NOT EVEN RESPOND TO CALLS . they don’t see any facts and just play with company internal politics.
