...ly unprofessional and unethical treatment that I never could have anticipated. Without any prior information or warning, this company abruptly terminated my employment and ceased paying my salary. To add insult to injury, they have conveniently hidden behind the excuse of a "contract" position, despite explicitly hiring me as a permanent employee. This blatant breach of trust and contract is nothing short of a betrayal to hardworking individuals who dedicated their time and energy to contribute to the company's success. The lack of communication and transparency displayed by thi company throughout this ordeal is appalling. As an employee, I had every right to be informed of any changes affecting my employment, especially when it involved the cessation of salary payments. Instead, they chose to keep us in the dark, leaving us to grapple with the sudden loss of income and uncertain future. This callous and inconsiderate treatment of employees highlights a deeply concerning pattern within Company . It raises serious questions about the company's integrity, professionalism, and commitment to its workforce. How can anyone trust an organization that disregards its employees' well-being and fails to honor the terms of their employment? I implore all job seekers to carefully consider their options before pursuing a career with Company. While they may present themselves as a desirable employer, the reality is far from the facade they project. The disregard for their employees' livelihoods and the lack of accountability demonstrated by this Company is a clear indication of a toxic work environment that should be avoided at all costs. Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
