toxic work culture poor hr policy no management, low salary high pressure even pf will deduct fully from your salary amt. work every day 13 14 hrs and end of the day you will hear, you have done nothing, no skill upgrade, no training, no other benefits,

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of that. i get to travel India, especially to Gujarat. I work in Mumbai team full on healthy environment colleagues is awesome another plus point is that my colleagues come from a various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration including team leader all staff members are helpful and give proper guidance and knowledge about drawings.....

Dislikes

compensation is poor and salary growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual and as team unique strengths also which is why I and my team take back our suggestions Poor managerial skill including head office staff...irresponsible and ignorance behaviour by head office staff from HR to owner of company salary appraisal is not proper and do not have any job securities at the timing of joining of the company company management not clearly mention all the policies of company and after months or years company show policies specially when salary increment

I liked the knowledge and technics used as per present running in market and trying to give more output with new technology

...prove in hike/appraisal on yearly basis for all employees as per Hr policy (min. 10% of salary) and also need to consider the extra efforts giving by team for that project while processing hike/appraisal

Teammates are very friendly nd work environment is good. If ur work is good then no need to worry about job security. U'll get to learn new things but not latest tech.

...ls / personality development. No professional training. Infrastructure is old. No team outings(if u want team outing u have to pay share from ur pocket)

People do not leave bad company, they leave Bad Boos. My Boss was very terrible , very suspicious and cross checking always with my juniors. He simply tried to Bully and expect to remote control me always. He expect me to update me my location even on Holidays. One of the poorest Boss i met here. Tech Support at local level is also terrible , due to which we have to face music from client. No responsibility at Mid Management Level.
