Good company for interns and freshers to start the career. Good company for a people usually feel better to be in their comfort zone.

Dislikes

... appraisals and promotion related. Appraisals normally done late month of May. If you have resigned and on notice period then salary will be hold for 2 months and even after getting releaved salary will be given after 45 to 60 days.. means almost for 4 months you will not get the salary.. The strategies and tools used for software development are outdated. Being more than 30 years old global company should implement JIRA like application for project management.

Well knowledgeable and supportive peers. Salary increment also good.

Dislikes

Nothing much. But I find that it was some more concentric on North people that south people. This is just my opinion. Apart from it all are good.

No Saturday off. HR only think from management point of view. No work-life balance. Lack of communication between management and employees
