I was on payroll of softline as the client location was SBI belapur. One of worst job experience I had faced. Worst culture team, team lead as it was newly contract with SBI. So most us were new joined but no proper job roles were provided.

Dislikes

HR don't involves with client location engineers. Don't bother what issue they are facing. What job roles are providing are happy with that roles.
