Very bad company and bad managements here. Or sab se badi bat starting me aapko dikhayenge ki hamari company pahli company hai jo every Three months increments karti hai but aapko ye nahi batayege ki starting salary kitni rahegi jo ki har company apne offer letter me pahle se hi mention kar deti hai ki aapki ye salary rahegi. Yaha freshers ke naam pe aapko three months internship pe free me rakhenge or after internship aapki salary performance base pe decide karne ki bolenge but kitni hogi ye nahi batayenge jab ki har company pahle se hi offer letter me ye mention karti hai ki internship ke baad minimum itna salary package to rahega hi rahega baki aapke performance base pe rahega. Lekin yaha salary ke naam pe internship ke baad 6 se 8 Thousand salary decide hogi. Baki skill improvement ke naam pe 0 hai agar aapke paas relent hai to khud se hi sikh jaaoge warna seniors ke naam pe three se four months puraane employee ko 1 se 2 saal old batate hai jiski knowledge sayad aapse bhi kam ho.
