It is a product company. You can learn about the domain. Good Job security, compensation & good salary revision based on your deliveries, flexible timing

Except one research team other team are fully into domain. Only that team learns about new technology. Skill & technology learning is less. Once name is lost takes long time to recover name.

You can get benefits and job security here but career growth and learning is not possible. You need to work 2 years and then you have to shift your career. No on site opportunities and if you are get chances to work in core teams you can get good hike. Otherwise you will end up cheated. But it's safe and best company for ladies.

Dislikes

Management are not good and never shortens loads of employees. Appraisals are different based on the team regardless of how much effort you put for the projects. There is no latest technology even if it's used that's only to RND side. Qa teams are not handled properly. Small team but multiple projects need to handle.
