There is nothing to like about this company. Senior management does politics with junior employee. There is no growth in this company.

This company behaves very bad with employee. Even they didn't give my variable and they didn't give me option to serve 3 months notice period and not paid any amount after resignation. They told me to resign by myself or otherwise they will terminate me . They didn't give me appraisal and didn't give me my variable also .It's almost 2 months after resignation but they have not provided me my revealing letter, experience letter and full and final process is not done till now .

This is World's first company to have BACnet lab. And many other companies come to get their devices certified under BACnet protocol. Apart from this other projects are also strong enough.

I recently joined and the company is pathetic. No respect for Employees even for Senior Employees. Looks like working for some low class Labor company. There is a Old Man who is destroying the company and needs to be fired.

Lot of Favouritism Work in pair, spouses work together Only few core knowledge members dies work of whole team Management busy in self praise for things not done by them! HR is worst function

Great opportunity for learning new skills, company will appreciate efforts if candidates focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. Work culture is good.
