Very low salary, less growth, improper management, no leaves, formal compulsory but the office doesn't seem so to where formals and work, poor technology , Alternate saturday working and also one sunday working, work environment does not seem to be formal at all, no cafeteria no canteen and the worst even if you are ill and you take a leave your salary still will be deducted. Last but not the least- no facilities or benifits provided. 0 work-life balance.

Likes

No proper management. No proper training and guidance given to employees. They just expect you to learn on your own. There is nothing to like about company.

Dislikes

They fired some employees without Following any policy. No proper notice.
