I'd like to share positive feedback about the greate compnay culture at softcon business solutions . as a support engineer , i truely appriciate the work life balance the company promotes , allowing for a healthy eqalibrium between personal and professional life . the level of work satisfation here is high , as i get to work on meaningful task that help our customers while growing my own skill set. The enviroment fosters continius skill develeopment and learning with opportunities to tackle new challenges that keep me engaged. The Workload can sometimes become quite overwheliming , espeicially when urgent issues pile up. Additionally , more streamlined processes or tools for tracking and resolving tickets could improve efficiency.

I am working at Softcon Business Solutions for over 15 years now, and these have been some of the most enriching years of my career. We use some of the most cutting edge Technologies to deliver the best products and solutions for our customers. There's a great emphasis placed on ownership and teamwork. In terms of work-life balance, I found Softcon to be very accommodating. The two Saturday and four Sunday holidays, in addition to the standard vacation time, made it easy maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. This policy, combined with the company's culture of openness and collaboration, made it easy for us to work effectively as a team. Definitely recommend Softcon to aspiring software engineers to learn and grow in their careers while doing meaningful and high impact work.

Here you can't learn anything new if you stuck in a problem don't ask any senior coz they also don't know how to solve a issue they can just target you if you go to them multiple time they will make you to leave the company and play dirty politics. Here having a 2 team one for windows development and one for web Windows Team Lead are good in nature Web team ramnath and shiv is worst having a zero knowledge zero english skills and they also can't play a good politics. Just talk and play behind not coming in front. If any one who is going for an interview here i will suggest don't waste your time in this company
