... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.

Manegement nvere think abut FTC contract staff Over work load No Extra pay in Extra hrs duty most important the Head Office not resolve side manegement issue with FTC staff

Salary is very poor . I've been working 2017 . There is no increments for employees from last two years and they are giving too much of less of seniors compare with New joiners.
