Good company for our carrier growth in short period. Company policies are very good and support their employees. Giving high importance for SAFETY.

Since it is a manpower company, the salary is normal.

No one is listening any employee problem they are come but not solved problem. Also HR manager and area manager not listen any problem and not promotion for organisation. The behaviour is very bad for employees

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.
