No support from the seniors Less salary 13-14 hours shift No over time sometimes no weekly off Terrible client, they never treat you like a humen being. They think they are the kings and we are their slave. Senior managers are also same.

no job security, work cultural is in third party payroll, just Sodexo is give you the salary and rest other are in the hand of main party (client) , if you need to live a like lelaxable work life then it's good, and if you want to learn and grow and grow and explore promote your self then batter is change. Thanks

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

It's a multi national company providing a handsome salary along with many benefits. It also provide time to time training. Hygienic and good working environment.

Till now I have been in a very good teamwork and balance of work. I have no dislikes related to the workplace.
