...tial, giving favour to few people. Lacking in training and new skil development. Reluctant to change, new ideas, no food in office to employees even employees are ready to pay. No travelling facility. Insurance coverage is low. No parental insurance available.

Growth is very limited Working for single process for several years are quite boring There should be a process where employees get the knowledge of overall business knowledge. Client data analysis on monthly basis Vision and goal should explain month on month for better clarity of our roll in it.

During lockdown company supported very well and pay salary on time Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,but salary is not good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contract 1 years

Sodexo is one of the best companies to work for... It has high job security...The work culture is great and there is excellent support from all the seniors and fellow colleagues ..Specially I would say the "whistle blower" and the "laugh aloud" policy are one of the best I have seen in any industry (and it works seriously). Once you join you get an independent work environment which is great .. you are accountable for your own actions . No one will breath on your neck.. you do it right it's your baby. What I liked the most was how policy driven the org was .. No one had the authority to bypass it.. I mean no body ( proper chain of command was always maintained).

Dislikes

Only one thing... Salary should be structured... Specially for the people working in regional offices.. If you are a fresher (then god be with you ). It will take ages for you to grow. PMS is not that great. I don't know why the do PMS if only the standard rate of Increment is to be given....

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

Dislikes

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.
