There's nothing to like. If we really stress on it, then yes the ambiance is nice and people seem/dress classy (which has nothing to do with sociowash... It's the people) but that adds to the vibe. Secondly, they do treat "special" people substantially better. It's the ones that are on important positions. So if you're looking for those roles, you might blend in with the schedule. However, executives don't really have a life here. Promotions are held twice a year along with some prizes here and there (if you successfully drain your battery for a huge profitable project) You will get decent briefs for whatever your project is and you might get to work on some popular brands during your tenure. So that's a little plus. And lastly, you get Saturday & Sunday off. But sometimes you might have to put in an hour of work on weekends as well. Nonetheless, that can still be a positive point.
