Except salary which I receive monthly, nothing is good in here .

Micro management. Lot of pressure from leads and managers and mngt . No work life balance. Like a hell working in cyber team . Don't dare to join the company. All the best

Very chill environment but depends on the team Pay is decent Excellent work-life balance

Too much politics in some teams Slow growth(All tools are internal, so growth in technical terms is good only till you are in Soc Gen, otherwise it's average growth overall

...for going to office. 5. Company never do unnecessary hiring on it's payroll. 6. Decent yearly hikes and bonus.

1. Too many contractors, due to which there is noticeable difference in performance of team members. 2. No /very less budget for team outings. 3. Very less hike during promotions.

Job security is best unless u don't like to grow technically.

...will be hell. 99% of managers don't have brain to understand technical issues. In 2022, they offered good salary by showing variable pay with large amount and hr confirmed that they give more also with normal apraisal rating. But many employees got only 35-40%. In 2023 they scrapped the variable pay to 0. This is how this company play with the emotions of its employees.

No Layoffs, Company wise very good company, From package and benefits wise they can still work on, compared to other banks in the market Soc Gen package for experience professional is not that much great, I wont say its poor but not great. Freshers are getting good Salary.

Dislikes

Package and Promotion is bit slow, other than that everything is good in the company. Work is always there no pressure from Manager. Its more of taking individual responsibility
