No Layoffs, Company wise very good company, From package and benefits wise they can still work on, compared to other banks in the market Soc Gen package for experience professional is not that much great, I wont say its poor but not great. Freshers are getting good Salary.

Dislikes

Package and Promotion is bit slow, other than that everything is good in the company. Work is always there no pressure from Manager. Its more of taking individual responsibility

Micro management. Lot of pressure from leads and managers and mngt . No work life balance. Like a hell working in cyber team . Don't dare to join the company. All the best

Overall, not a employee friendly company. No extra benifit. We just get the salary. Hike is very poor. Work expectations is very huge. For last 2 year of pandemic we didn't even got the reimbursement for internet. That also we paid from our pocket.

Dislike: Everything. Nothing is good here. Work life balance, hike, benefits, work expectations is huge. All the product based company gave a good hike in last year of pandemic. Here we didn't even received that.

...financial growth. Promotion processes is completely depends upon the management. No employee benefits apart from the under market standard salary.

No proper learning and development process. No career growth. Annual review process is very complex and not transparent. Not an equal opportunity employer.

Collaboration with onshore stakeholders esp France. Job security. I must say my previous 5 years with company was wonderful, lot of engagement back then. Work life balance in most of dept as french stakeholders are usually believe in it.

Dislikes

...tools showcase it to Global leaders however most of them are with no real value. In past few years they took back employee benefits also even for parking you need to pay unless you are VP.
