It is a good experience till now, they care about their employees especially during the covid time. There is a lot of training that keeps on happening which is good for personal growth. Work-life balance depends upon the time you are working for. Ownership of work, even if you are a fresher.

Compensation is low as compared to other Investment Banks. They removed additional food and travel allowance from the year 2021.

Too much politics in some teams Slow growth(All tools are internal, so growth in technical terms is good only till you are in Soc Gen, otherwise it's average growth overall

Good work life balance, transportation facilities, insurance, and average salary compared to industry

No learning, even manager will know nothing, everything is as per sop and many work process don't even have proper sop, best suggestion is if you have good knowledge and experience u can join here, if you are fresher to 3years experienced don't ever think about joining here as no learning or growth including promotions

... quality projects. Huge dependency on french team which leads to delay in work. While joining the offer was released with 3 months salary as variable pay, they scrape it off after sometime. It was a scam to hire people. Poor management skills and less technical management. Here you'll get all work place perks except work.

Scamming while releasing offer Lett with Variable pay. Low chances for getting promotion. Not much benefits while comparing other companies. Poor transport facility.
